It is not possible, nor desirable, to produce a definitive list of famous Caians (as members of Caius College are known). Fame is a very subjective measure, and 650 years of College history yield a large number of Caians. By concentrating too much on 'famous' people, one risks forgetting those who have made, and still make, the College a vibrant community. It is hoped that this list shows an interesting selection. There is a natural bias towards the better-documented recent Caians. Apologies are offered to anyone whose 'favourite Caian' is omitted - please tell us about anyone that you feel should be added.
